How many packs do I need?
Plan on one pack per tree you want to light. Most people start with the 2 Pack for a matching pair in the front yard. It also unlocks free shipping.
Do I need a ladder or tools?
No. LumberLights sit at the base of the tree, so everything happens at ground level.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $70, which includes the 2 Pack and 4 Pack. Your delivery estimate is shown under the add-to-cart button and at checkout, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Check the gift cutoff date shown under the add-to-cart button. Order by then for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Does it make a good gift?

What is Shipping Protection?
An optional add-on. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged in transit, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Just contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.

Two full years of coverage against manufacturing defects. If your LumberLights stop working because of a defect, we'll repair or replace them.
